Operation Chill Out
Operation Chill Out’s Restorative Mentorship Program is designed to help students make better decisions through mentorship, emotional reflection, real-life discussion, and positive engagement.
The program focuses on reaching youth before situations escalate into suspension, expulsion, violence, juvenile involvement, or incarceration. Through guided conversations, music-based discussion, mentorship circles, and student participation, youth are encouraged to reflect on their choices, emotions, peer influences, and future direction.
Topics include:
- Emotional Control
- Peer Pressure
- Bullying Prevention
- Conflict Resolution
- Accountability
- Violence Prevention
- Leadership Development
- Decision-Making Skills
- Social Media Influence
- Self-Worth & Identity
Using the My Life Matters Series as an engagement tool, students connect with real-life situations and discussions in a relatable and impactful way.
The goal of the program is not simply discipline, but prevention, reflection, growth, and positive change.
Operation Chill Out believes that every student deserves guidance, support, and the opportunity to make better choices for their future.
“Your Life Matters. Your Choices Matter.”
